Licensed Southern California male therapist offering individual therapy, couples counseling, and dating coaching

I’m a licensed therapist based in Southern California, offering both in-person and virtual services to individuals and couples. I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and completed my clinical training at Airport Marina Counseling Service, a community mental health clinic in Westchester, CA. I’ve also worked with Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, where I provided therapy to underserved populations across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. In addition to my work in community mental health, I’ve spent several years working extensively in private practice settings, supporting clients through meaningful personal and relational growth.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, unwavering, and insight-oriented. I take an integrated approach to therapy, grounded primarily in psychodynamic theory, while also drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and other relational modalities. This flexible framework allows me to tailor the work to each client’s needs - whether we’re exploring unconscious patterns, building emotional regulation skills, or deepening self-understanding through the therapeutic relationship.

I have a particular passion for working with couples, helping partners communicate more effectively, resolve conflict with empathy, and build more conscious, connected relationships. I also offer individual therapy for men, as well as individual therapy for women, especially those working through male-oriented trauma or relational challenges. Additionally, I provide dating coaching for individuals seeking support, clarity, and growth in their romantic lives. Wherever you are in your journey, I strive to create a safe, respectful space for meaningful exploration and change.
