Many women come to therapy carrying the emotional weight of male-centered trauma—whether from past romantic relationships, emotionally unavailable or critical fathers, experiences of abuse, or recurring patterns of being dismissed or devalued by men. In individual therapy, I provide a safe, attuned space where you can begin to make sense of these experiences and how they’ve shaped your relationship with yourself and others. As a male therapist, I work one-on-one with women to explore unconscious relational patterns, build emotional resilience, and support lasting, meaningful healing.
