I offer a structured, emotionally attuned approach to couples therapy that helps partners move beyond blame and reactivity into deeper empathy, safety, and mutual understanding. I work from the perspective that our early relational experiences shape how we show up in adult partnerships—often in ways we don't fully realize. In therapy, you'll learn to identify and shift unconscious patterns, improve communication, and use conflict as a path toward healing and connection. As a male couples therapist, I'm also sensitive to how men can sometimes feel at a disadvantage in therapy settings. I aim to create a space where male partners feel safe, respected, and heard—alongside their partners. Through guided dialogues and experiential exercises, I help each person feel seen and supported while building a stronger, more conscious relationship.
